Hi — this page explains how the iOS app AI Softkiss handles information. When we write “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean the operator of AI Softkiss. The “Services” are the app and the features that come with it.
AI Softkiss lets you make new pictures from pictures, and short videos from pictures. Take a minute to read this before you use the app. Using AI Softkiss means you understand these practices. If that does not work for you, please leave the app unused. Our Terms of Service sit beside this Policy.
Personal information is anything that identifies you, or that could identify you when put together with other information we have. It is not technical scraps that cannot reasonably identify you, and it is not rolled-up numbers with names stripped out. Those non-identifying bits may be used and shared more loosely.
Two points matter up front:
You might send an email address, a username, a support message, or other profile fields. That is voluntary, based on what you choose to fill in.
Signing in with Apple, Facebook, Google, or another supported login means we receive whatever that provider is allowed to pass over — commonly name, email, and username.
Login details we store go away when you delete the AI Softkiss account.
Some tools need a picture or clip from your device. iOS will ask first. You can refuse, or allow and later revoke access in Settings. We only touch the media you pick for the feature you are using.
You pick a source image (and extra media if the tool allows it). The job needs the internet and runs on our servers. Files travel over an encrypted connection (SSL or the same idea).
We use the upload to build the result you asked for — nothing more. When the job finishes, the source is deleted and cannot be brought back. We do not train on it. We do not give it to other platforms for their own catalogs.
Save the output yourself. Anything still sitting on our side is wiped within 48 hours after generation and cannot be restored. If you miss that window, the loss is on you. AI Softkiss is not liable for it.
Using AI Softkiss also creates ordinary technical records: where you move in the app, IP address, timestamps, device model and OS, language/region, interaction signals, and crash diagnostics. We lean on that to keep the service up, secure it, debug it, and improve it. Cookie-like signals only show up in the narrow Google login case described below.
Hosting and storage vendors may see data needed to keep AI Softkiss online. Ad and analytics partners may see log-style data without your personal information being laid out as such. They do not generate your images or videos.

Apple may ask whether AI Softkiss can track across apps or sites for advertising measurement. Allow or deny — generation still works. If you allow it, partners may receive IDFA or similar IDs, install/event data, basic device facts, and limited performance signals for ad measurement, fraud checks, attribution, and campaign tuning. We do not turn that into a personal identity dossier on our side. Change it later: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → AI Softkiss.
AI Softkiss does not plant cookies to chase you around the internet. Google Login may open Google’s page, and Google may set cookies to finish sign-in. Those are Google’s. We do not harvest them for ads or tracking.
We use personal information and related service data to reply to you, handle requests and purchases, run and improve AI Softkiss, tweak parts of the experience when it helps, and build the product further.
We share personal information only if you say yes (or a legally authorized person says yes for you), if the law says we must, or if a proper warrant, subpoena, or court order shows up. Your generation uploads stay private unless you publish them or the results yourself.
We take practical security steps. Nothing online is risk-free. Keep passwords to yourself and tell us if something looks wrong.
Change available settings in the app when you can. To shut down or wipe an account, email [email protected], or use the in-app delete control under About/account if you see one. Related account data then goes away, aside from narrow legal or security holds.
Unlinking Apple, Facebook, or Google stops new sharing from that provider. It does not empty what AI Softkiss already stored. Locked out? Email [email protected] and ask for a full delete.
App Store refunds are Apple’s call — use Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not overrule Apple.
We may rewrite this Policy. If a change really shifts your rights, we post the new text where AI Softkiss policies live. Glance at it again when you use the app.
Local law may let you ask for a copy of your data, fixes, deletion, limits on use, a portable export of what you gave us, or a stop to certain processing (including marketing in many places). Limits exist. Write to us to ask. You can also reach a privacy regulator where you live, work, or where you think a problem started.
If you are underage, get a parent or guardian’s okay first. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 or knowingly let them register. The Services are not aimed at that age group. If we find we got such data without proper consent, we delete it. Flag it at [email protected].
