Hi — this page explains the rules for using the iOS app AI Softkiss. When we write “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean the operator of AI Softkiss. The “Services” are the app and the features that come with it.
AI Softkiss lets you make new pictures from pictures, and short videos from pictures. Please read this together with the Privacy Policy. If you use AI Softkiss, you are agreeing to these Terms. If that does not work for you, please do not use the app.
These rules get refreshed now and then. Big changes show up next to our policies or inside the app. Keep tapping after that and you are on the new rules. Not yet an adult where you live? Get a parent or guardian first. AI Softkiss is not meant for anyone under the age floor in their country. Do not generate child sexual or exploitative material. Guardians can ping [email protected] to wipe a child’s records.
You usually do not need a full account just to try the main tools. We might still give you an internal ID so things work — that ID alone is not meant to name you.
Keep your device and any login details safe. Tell us if something looks wrong. Using AI Softkiss for a company means you are allowed to accept these Terms for them. Apple, Facebook, or Google login still follows their rules too.
That only happens after iOS asks. You can turn it off later in Settings. We may also see ordinary technical signals (OS, device ID, IP, app version, network). The Privacy Policy covers the details.
Use the styles and generators we offer for image-to-image and image-to-video. If you share a result on another app, make sure you have the rights and that app allows it.
Think of access as a small personal pass: non-exclusive, non-transferable, and pull-able if you break the rules. Code and branding stay with us (or partners). Please skip cloning, rewriting for others, shipping copies, tearing binaries apart, or making look-alikes unless a statute forces an exception.
We may change features. If a change would really affect how you use the app, we will try to say so ahead of time.
We can block or remove stuff that breaks these rules. IP problems? Email [email protected].
You keep ownership of what you upload and what you generate (subject to these Terms and anyone else’s rights in the source). By uploading, you promise you are allowed to, and you let us process that content only so we can run AI Softkiss and make the result you asked for. That license is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and revocable.
We do not feed your uploads or results into training unless you clearly say yes. You can take that yes back for the future. Ideas you send us may help improve the app with no payment. Want something deleted? Write [email protected].
Downloading can be free. Extra unlocks are one-time buys through Apple. Apple handles payment and refunds. We do not overrule Apple.
YOU GET THE SERVICES “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WARRANTY LANGUAGE IS CUT BACK AS FAR AS STATUTES ALLOW. NO PLEDGE OF PERFECT UPTIME OR PERFECT FILES. FOLLOW-ON DAMAGES STAY OUT. ANYTHING WE MIGHT OWE STOPS AT THE PRICE OF THAT UNLOCK — OR AT ZERO. Messing around illegally can leave the bill with you. Updates might be required; maintenance can pause the app.
A broken sentence drops; neighbors stay. Default law is Singapore’s unless consumer rules where you live force another answer. Cases go to SIAC first, unless your local courts must remain available.
